How do you deal with the lag?
I only have what I consider an average PC. Dual core 2800. Won't blow anyones socks-off but it's more than enough for what I generally need it for. Until now...
If I'm working on something large like the preset A3 canvas it's impossible to draw a background due to seemingly all brush-strokes being terribly lagged. I understand that Krita uses a 'stamp' process for a lot of it's drawing, and certainly larger canvases with larger sized tools will require more time to process.

Does everyone simply have a more powerful computer and this isn't a concern for them? Or are there settings or techniques you use to deal with large canvases and large tools that minimizes the lag created by these large tools being used to paint into large areas?
